SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – RETURN POLICY
We offer a 10 day return policy on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 1-888-400-9498, or visit our Contact Us page to obtain a repair/return request form. The product must be returned in the original box in like new condition. Refund time may vary depending on shipping and inspection time. There is a 15% restocking fee on all machines except for damage by carrier or defective equipment which will be determined by a top technician once machine arrives at First Pitch.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Please be assured that orders within the continental United States will ship out within two days of purchase. (Delays may occur such as out of stock or back-ordered items) We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturdays, excluding holidays.
NOTE International orders: customers are responsible for any Custom Fees & or Tariffs that may apply. International Customers must contact us with the actual shipping address and email us for a shipping cost quote before order is fulfilled and shipped, based on your approval.
